Active Ingredient: Gentamicin Sulfate 100mg/ml
 
Gentamicin is used for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections caused by aerobic gram-negative bacteria that are susceptible to Gentamicin.
 
Gentamicin and Amikacin are antibiotics from the same family. Some of the gram-negative bacteria that are resistant to Gentamicin remain sensitive to Amikacin.  This is why in many situations, both antibiotics are used together.
 
Dosage and Administration:  Administer on the advice of your veterinarian. The usual dose for adult horses is 30ml per day for 3-5 days.
