Active Ingredient: Ascorbic acid 250 mg/ml
 
Ascorbic Acid plays a large role as a potent antioxidant to help remove toxic free radicals produced during hard physical exercise.  Ascorbic Acid also is critical and essential in the repair and maintenance of joints and joint cartilage, and other joint components, the synthesis of collagen, tooth, bone, skin, and blood vessel maintenance, and also in the repair and healing of burns, wounds, and also fractures.
 
Ascorbic Acid is vital in the synthesis of L-Carnitine and also in the metabolism of the amino acids Tyrosine and Phenylalanine.
 
Dosage and Administration: Administer on the advice of a veterinarian. The usual dosage for adult horses is 10ml twice weekly.
